The First Annual Gallery of HOPE

Gallery of HOPE-A Silent Auction of Art in support of Jay’s Hope Foundation

In celebration of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we are calling young artists to show off their talents at our First Annual Gallery of HOPE to be held Saturday, November 9th from 7-10 at beautiful Pineola Farms in Fort Valley.  Join us for an evening of yummy hors d’oeuvres, wine, and cupcakes while viewing artwork by some middle Georgia’s most creative minds.

The gallery is open to all young artists who wish to display and donate their artwork’s proceeds to Jay’s Hope.

We do…is now accepting artwork submissions from children ages Preschool to 12th grade.

Complete the application and mail or email the application with a description of your artwork to: or We do… 1459 Hortman Mill Road, Roberta, GA 31078.

All applications must be received by October 15th , and artwork must be delivered to We do… or Pineola Farms no later than November 4th.   The gallery is limited to 50 children, so please send in your form as soon as possible.

Rules and Info:

 *Entry into exhibition is free and comes with admission for the artist and two adults.

*Registration form must be received by October 15th.

*The exhibition is open to all children ages preschool to 12th grade.

*One entry per child.

*If submitting a painting, please have it on a canvas 16×20 or larger.

*If submitting a photograph, please have it mounted or framed.

*We do…reserves the right to reject any entry that is deemed inappropriate.

About your entry:

*Be Creative!  If it’s beautiful or inspiring, it’s perfect!

*Entry can be any media of your choosing. (i.e. clay, ceramics, photography, sculpture, wood, painting, drawings, metal,  or fiber).

*Please send a description of your planned artwork with your entry form.

*Entry must be completed when delivered.

Delivering your entry:

*Entries must be delivered to us no later than November 4th.  Please contact Donna at 478-952-8811 or to schedule your delivery.  We will also have several pickup dates and locations which will be emailed to all students participating.

*Artwork is fragile and all entries will be displayed in a public space.  We will do our best to secure your entry, however we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for damaged items.
